Caretta Shiodome is a shopping and dining centre located in Minato-ku in Shiodome. It has also housing cultural facilities like the first museum in Japan for advertisement which is the Advertisment Museum Tokyo. There are many stores and restaurants that you can choose to shop or to eat here.
Not only that, on the 46th floor which is The Sky View, where you can see the view of the Tokyo Bay. The entrance here is for FREE.
Every winter season, in the middle of the high buildings of Caretta Shiodome, is a illumination. There are over 200,000 LED lights that gives light in the middle of the building. Caretta Shiodome Winter Illumination is one of the most popular illuminations in Tokyo during winter.
This year’s theme is Disney Princesses with performances every 15 minutes.
Each week, Frozen and Tangled are alternately performed.
Caretta Shiodome Winter Illumination has already started last November 15, 2018 and it will be until the Valentine’s Day this year, February 14, 2021.
The entrance is FREE and it opens from 6:00pm to 10:45pm.
