Last year’s Dancing Pikachu Parade or Pikachu Outbreak made a buzz all over the world with dozens of Pikachu and Eevee marching around Yokohama landmarks. Who can resist this massive cuteness right, will you go to the Dancing Pikachu Parade 2019?
In 2014, the first Dancing Pikachu Parade was held in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai district to advertise a new Pokémon movie. The event became a hit not only in Japan but all over the world through social media, the event became an annual event in Yokohama.
Since then Dancing Pikachu Parade / Pikachu Outbreak attracted a total of 3.43 million fans and generated about 800-million-yen worth of media exposure.
