Held every first weekend of April, Inuyama Festival started in 1635 and became an annual festival of the Haritsuna Shrine. The highlight of the festival are the 13 tree-layered floats which are 25 feet in height. These floats are seen during the parade accompanied with sound of Japanese flutes and drums. During the night, floats are lit by 365 lanterns. You can also enjoy Cherry Blossom viewing.
