Held in Tokyo, Shitamachi Tanabata Festival is one of the famous Tanabata festival in Tokyo. It is a 1.2km stretch of straight road from Asakusa to Ueno. This festival features dancing, local stalls, and traditional performances. The main events of this festival are a parade on Saturday and street perfomances on Sunday.
