Held in Iwate Prefecture, Chagu Chagu Umakko is a horse festival which is held every second Saturday of June. About 100 brightly colored clad horses and bells parade from Sozen Shrine in Takizawa to Hachimangu Shrine in Morioka. Horses have children on their backs.
