Arashiyama Momiji Festival is an annual celebration held every second sunday of November in one of the most mesmerizing spots of Kyoto during Autumn. Boats sail aroung a scenic site of Autumn leaves. Many kinds of boats like Imayo Kabu Boat and the Noh Stage Boat float on Oi River parade through with dressed characters based on the nobles of the Heian Period.
