Shuki Taisai Grand Autumn Festival is an annual festival celebrated in Nikko city where about 1,000 men dressed in Samurai costumes parade the streets. This festival is the fall counterpart of the Shuki Reitaisai Grand Spring Festival. The festival begins with a demonstration of yabusame, traditional Japanese horseback archery, on the 16th of October then followed by a grand samurai procession on the 17th.
