Located in central Tokyo and a few steps from Tokyo Dome is a noticeable space ship like building named Bunkyo Civic Center. On the building’s 25th floor is an observation lounge that offers FREE entry to the public! Unlike the two famous towers in the city, Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower that charges expensive admission tickets, Bunkyo Civic Center Observation Lounge is absolutely admission FREE!
