Tokyo DisneySea earth’s happiest place, is one of two Disney theme parks inside Tokyo Disney Resort. The main theme of the park is about sea explorations and adventures. Tokyo DisneySea is themed into seven “ports of call” namely : Mediterranean Harbor, American Waterfront, Lost River Delta, Port Discovery, Mermaid Lagoon, Arabian Coast and Mysterious Island.

Mediterranean Harbor

Mediterranean Harbor is the main entrance of the park which is also the entrance for guests to access the other “ports of call”. Mediterranean Harbor is themed as an Italian City complete with Venetian Gondolas. Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta is also located in this port of call.
Fantasmic is also performed here as part of the park’s 10th anniversary celebration.
American Waterfront

American Waterfront represents the northeastern seaboard of the United States in the early 20th century. It features two themed areas, an “Old Cape Cod” section, and a “New York Harbor” section. This land is dominated by the large passenger ship, SS Columbia, which is usually the site for various shows and events. Guests have the option of riding the area’s “Big City Vehicles” which roam the streets of this area or the DisneySea Electric Railway, which takes passengers from The American Waterfront to nearby Port Discovery. This port has the Broadway-themed theater which plays the show “Big Band Beat”, which features 1940s style swing. The port’s most popular attraction is a version of The Tower of Terror, an elaborately themed free-fall ride.
Port Discovery

Is a modern marine sanctuary where visitors can go on an adventure with Nemo and Dory on the Searider which is a 4D simulation Nemo’s underwater adventure. Also visitors can try Aquatopia, a boat ride that uses LPS tracking to move and spin through a lagoon amid waterfalls and whirlpools.
Mysterious Island

Mysterious Land is the most prominent of all the port of call because of the giant volcano, Mount Prometheus. The volcano is the centerpiece of the park and is also a part of the coaster ride “Journey to the Center of the Earth”. Although Mysterious Island is the smallest among the “ports of call” it houses two of the park’s most famous attractions: Journey to the Center of the Earth and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
Lost River Delta

Lost River Delta is dominated by structures of the ruins of an ancient Aztec pyramid which houses the dark thrill ride, Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull. Also in the Lost River Delta is the Disney Sea Steamer Line which transports guests back to Mediterranean Harbor. The Lost River Delta also contains an Intamin roller coaster named Raging Spirits.
Arabian Coast

Themed after Aladdin, Arabian Coast recreates an Arabian harbor combined with the vibe from “1001 Arabian Nights”. Visitors can watch a magic show with the world’s greatest magician and the Genie.
Mermaid Lagoon

Mermaid lagoon is an under the sea themed port of call which allows visitors to enter the magical world of Ariel. Attractions include Flounder’s Flying Fish Coaster; Scuttle’s Scooters; Jumpin’ Jellyfish; Blowfish Balloon Race; The Whirlpool; all of which are children’s rides.
Visitors can take a ride on all of the parks attractions all year round. Although during peak seasons the waiting lines on all attractions are very long. So be patient! If you are lucky enough you can get “Fastpass” on each attraction. If you are able to get “Fastpass” you don’t need to wait on the line anymore. Just don’t be late on your “Fastpass” time!
